Certified, Procedure-Qualified Welding
Our owner holds AWS certification as a specialty welder, and we weld to qualified procedures on stainless steel, chrome-moly, aluminum and carbon steel. Structural connections, pressure-adjacent components, equipment frames, supports and repairs.
If your job needs documentation, we can supply the procedure and the qualification behind the weld.
Materials and Processes
MIG, TIG and stick as the material and position require. Thin-wall stainless, aluminum plate and structural carbon all get the process that suits them rather than whatever is already loaded in the machine.
We do not take aircraft or nuclear welding scopes. Nearly everything else, ask.
Structural and Miscellaneous Metals
Beams, columns, base plates, lintels, embeds, stair stringers, handrail, guarding, platforms, ladders and mezzanines, fabricated and installed.
