Straight Walls, Square Corners, Level Ceilings
Load-bearing and non-bearing metal stud framing, wood framing, drywall hanging, taping and finishing to whatever level the spec calls for. Fire-rated and sound-rated assemblies, shaft walls, soffits, bulkheads and suspended ceiling grid.
We frame to the drawings and we check it before the rock goes on, because nobody enjoys finding a bowed wall at trim-out.
Fire-Rated and Acoustic Assemblies
Rated corridors, shaft enclosures, demising walls and acoustic separations get built to the listed assembly and detailed so they actually pass inspection, with firestopping, backer rod, sealant and head-of-wall detail included.
We document what we build so the inspection goes quickly.
Patch, Repair and Renovation Work
Not every job is new construction. We patch water damage, repair impact damage in warehouses and plants, cut in new openings, and blend new drywall into old so the repair does not announce itself.
Small repair work is welcome. We would rather do it than have you chase five subs who will not return a call.
