Certified Welding Across Every Common Alloy
Our owner is an AWS certified specialty welder, and we weld stainless steel, chrome-moly, aluminum and carbon steel to qualified procedures. Structural repairs, equipment fabrication, handrail and platform work, piping supports, and one-off jobs that other shops turn down.
We do not take aircraft or nuclear welding. Nearly everything else, ask us. If we are confident we can do it right, we will take it on.
CNC Plasma Cutting and Custom Fabrication
We run a CNC plasma table that cuts custom parts, brackets, machine attachments and plate work up to 3/4 inch steel. Send a drawing, a DXF file or a broken part and we will cut a replacement.
Custom skid steer and excavator attachments, weld-on fixtures and shop fabrication are regular work here.
Heavy Equipment Repair and Metal Art
Cracked buckets, bent frames, worn cutting edges and broken machine components get repaired, on site when we can get to them, in the shop when we cannot. Downtime costs more than the weld does.
On the other end of the spectrum, we build custom metal art and architectural metal: gates, doors, railings, signs and patio features. If you can sketch it, we can usually build it.
