Full restroom renovations for offices, plants, schools and public buildings: demolition, plumbing coordination, waterproofing, tile, partitions, accessories and ADA compliance. We build them to survive commercial traffic.
We phase the work so a facility is never left without a working restroom.
Residential Bathrooms and Custom Showers
We take residential bathroom and shower work: tear-out to the studs, waterproofed shower pans and walls, tile, vanities, cabinets, flooring and trim. Curbless and roll-in showers included.
This is one of the few residential scopes we actively take on, because we are set up to do it right.
Waterproofing Done Properly
Every wet area we build gets a real waterproofing system: bonded membrane, proper slope, sealed penetrations and correctly detailed corners and curbs. It is the difference between a shower that lasts twenty years and one that rots the framing in five.
