We build out offices, retail spaces, break rooms, restrooms, clinics and light industrial areas from bare shell or from an existing layout. Framing, drywall, ceilings, doors and hardware, flooring, casework and finishes are all self-performed.
We work from an architect’s set or from a sketch on a napkin, and we will tell you which one you actually need.
Tenant Improvements With the Building Still Open
Most build-outs happen next door to somebody’s business. We phase the work, contain the dust, keep exits clear and clean up daily so the neighbours stay open and the landlord stays happy.
After-hours and weekend work is available when the schedule demands it.

Concrete cutting, demolition, framing, finishes and the metal work in between all come from the same company. That means one schedule, one point of contact and one crew accountable for the result.
