Houses, garages, barns, sheds, outbuildings and small commercial structures demolished and removed, including the foundation, the slab and the basement backfill.
We handle utility disconnects, permits where required, and a clean graded site at the end.
Foundations, Slabs and Backfill
Basement walls and slabs get broken out and removed rather than buried, and the hole gets backfilled with proper material and compacted so it does not settle two winters later.
If something is getting built on that spot next, we can leave it at pad grade and ready.
Salvage, Recycling and Disposal
Metal is salvaged, concrete and masonry can be crushed or hauled, and the rest goes to the proper disposal facility. All of it priced up front.
