Walls, ceilings, flooring, casework, fixtures and equipment removed from inside buildings that are still operating, with containment, dust control and protection of everything that stays.
We phase and schedule around the tenant so business keeps running.
Structural and Slab Work
Bearing wall removal with temporary shoring, slab saw-cutting and removal for new utilities or footings, core drilling and openings cut into existing walls and floors.
We coordinate the shoring and the structural replacement because we self-perform both.
Demo for Other Contractors
General contractors hire us for the demo phase because we show up staffed, finish on schedule and leave a site that is actually ready for the next trade.
