Excavation, footings, foundation walls, block and poured walls, piers, frost walls and slab-on-grade foundations for houses, additions, garages, pole barns and light commercial buildings.
Because we do our own excavation, the dig and the pour are on the same schedule instead of waiting on each other.
Equipment and Structural Foundations
Machine bases, tank pads, silo and conveyor footings, light pole bases, sign foundations and anchor bolt settings, placed and surveyed so the equipment actually fits when it arrives.
Anchor bolt templates and embed placement are checked before the pour, not after.
Waterproofing, Drainage and Backfill
Damp-proofing or waterproofing, drain tile, stone and proper backfill with compaction. Foundation repair, underpinning and crack injection are also available.
