Flooring Built for Traffic
LVT and luxury vinyl plank, commercial tile, epoxy and resinous coatings, sealed concrete, carpet tile and rubber base, installed over a properly prepared substrate so the floor lasts as long as the warranty says it will.
Substrate prep is where most floors fail. We grind, patch and moisture-test before anything gets glued down.
Tile, Wet Areas and Shower Systems
Restrooms, locker rooms, showers and other wet areas get waterproofed correctly with membrane, pre-slope, curbs and drains before the tile goes in. This is the part that costs ten times as much to fix later.
Large format tile, mosaics and custom layouts are all in scope.
Tear-Out and Replacement
Old flooring removal, adhesive grinding, self-leveling and disposal are part of the job. We can phase a floor replacement so a facility stays operational, working section by section or shift by shift.
