One Contractor for the Whole Interior Scope
Boggs Construction Solutions handles commercial and industrial general construction from demolition through final finishes. Metal stud framing, drywall, flooring, tile, cabinets, millwork, restrooms and shower systems, all self-performed by crews that work in occupied buildings every week.
Because we also run our own concrete, demolition and welding crews, a job that needs a slab saw-cut, a bearing wall removed and a room rebuilt does not turn into three separate contracts with three schedules and three markups.
Built for Plants, Facilities and Live Job Sites
A lot of our construction work happens inside operating facilities like manufacturing plants, power generation campuses and distribution centers, where production does not stop because a contractor showed up. We plan around shutdown windows, keep the work area contained, and leave the space clean at the end of every shift.
That same standard carries into commercial build-outs, tenant improvements and facility renovations of any size.
Residential Work We Take On
Our focus is commercial and industrial, but we do take residential remodel work: bathrooms and shower systems, flooring, drywall and framing repairs, and the demolition that goes with them.
